Menu is outdated. Prices are different than menu. Food was good. Shrimp pasta was the best. Service fee at the end for card use. Kinda weird. Service was good. Server nice. Outdoor seating only basically nice and relaxing.

A Family Tradition! We eat here EVERY time we're in FL! Even though we are staying in Seaside (Santa Rosa Beach we drove to PCB just to eat at Billy's! We LOVE the shrimp! The new potatoes are great! I'm not gonna lie The Hushpuppies and the coleslaw could use a little help. Our server, Kaylee(? was fantastic!! She had such a big smile when she approached our table we were wondering if we knew each other! We sat outside on the big open porch where we ALWAYS sit! They have a bar outside and a couple TVs. It's just a small, chill little restaurant with great food and great people! We'll be back next year!

When I mention about your oysters being so small, that my entire dozen was about about 4 bites, I expect to get more than 5 bucks off of my bill. Way to take care of your locals. J Michael's was our 1st pick, but they were really busy, so decided to give y'all a try. Left hungry on an almost $100 bill. Won't make that mistake again.

I've only been to PCB 1 other time and we haven't eaten at many places here in town. We got in late and had to do our weekly grocery run so my fear was I wasn't gonna find a decent local place to eat without a multiple hour wait so late in the evening. I had a party of 7 and called 2 paces we had eaten the last time and each were almost 2 hour waits at 8 pm already. I found Billy's on Trip Advisor and it wasn't far from our condo. I called and they had 0 wait. I was worried about that but hungry, so away we went. My parents are with us and they are never satisfied with any meal I've eaten with them, home-cooked, or not, in the last several years. I was shocked that they loved everything they had! We all had a variety of selections but everything was top notch. The only negative thing I have to say is my low country boil was a little salty, but that's it. Absolutely delightful. We will be back !
