Taberna 21 Casa Hilario - Panama City

Taberna 21 is one of the most popular restaurants in Panama. Also known as Casa Hilario (the name of its owner), it offers dishes of typical Spanish and Asturian cuisine, with its specialties paella, roasted chochinillo, and variety of tapas and rations. The tortilla of potatoes, the octopus to the Galician, a good manchego cheese or an Iberian ham accompanied by bread with tomato, some callos to the Madrid, a Andalusian gazpacho, or a steak to the goats. My friend and I were last week and we found it good. I had the seafood soup that smells seriously fishy and needed lime and chili to help. he had the special on the day. her Spanish tortilla looked fantastic and someone had it next to us on the table, so maybe tapas really is the way here.
