Not sure what people are used to. The burger patties were previously frozen. They have that texture that only comes from frozen patties. The bun I had The Boss Burger was dry and hard. I only ate the bottom half since it had soaked up a little juice. The bacon on the burger was quite good, I 'd recommend that I 'm any burger if you get trapped into coming here .
