Wheeler's Seafood Restaurant Oyster Bar

The restaurant has top quality meals, plenty gf. The seafood is so fresh. The takeaway is the best GF fish and chips I’ve ever tested. Also has GF battered prawns, scallops and other seafoods. I love this place.

Ordered Gluten Free fish chips for take away they have a dedicated fryer the batter was delicious. No stomach issues after eating

The gluten free fish and chips was delicious, as was the Fast Martin (Espresso Martini) cocktail! The oysters were fresh, plump and amazing! Lots of gf options in the take away including freshly baked cake.

Restaurant (seated) part of the business is spot on. The regular menu isn’t huge, but there’s plenty of delicious GF options available. Dedicated fryers are used. If dining in Merimbula and looking for GF options, this is the one.

Limited selection but fabulous quality of food. Takeaway shop is casual and there is seating in or outdoors. Battered fish and chips-seperate fryer $16.50 Also Grilled sea scallops were available but we didn't try these. The restaurant has more "meal" options available. Seafood platters, steaks and sides etc. Roughly $40 per main. More of a romantic or special occasions restaurant.
