When you want to be called fast food, you must necessarily justify your characterization, otherwise the situation turns against you and works as a deterrent for the customer. I had of course seen the previous comments, but I thought I'd give it a chance. What I saw disappointed me. Because I saw a situation with 7 people trying, running back and forth, politely and politely, to cover all the orders, but without succeeding. The girl at the cash register, obviously overworked, made a mistake at least four times before me in the orders, whether it will be for takeaway or in the place (of course she also made a mistake in ours). Two burgers and a club were ready after 50 minutes (see related photo), and while other numbers had passed after us. This situation is not in favor of the store and its people and the effort they put in. And of course! that, when we got the order, the burgers were frozen! The apology of those responsible was sincere, but it is not enough for me. Such a situation cannot work in competition, when nearby shops and taverns already bring you food in less than 20 minutes. With hamburgers €8 each you expect much more... I will not deal with this particular shop again, it's a shame for the effort made by its employees, but here the whole management needs to be changed. Too bad...
