Dunkin' - Palos Heights

Pulled up at the drive thru at 9:40pm, there wasn?t any response after waiting and saying hello so I checked what time they closed online and it showed 10pm. I didn?t wanna bother them as they close in 20 minutes so I just went on my way to see someonein the window doing closing tasks. I wish they would?ve just told us they were closed rather than having us wait for no reason.

Most awful Dunkin I have ever been too. I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, they never get my order right and never have my mobile order ready. I ordered two donuts the last time and had to tell them to give me my donuts and told themexactly what the donuts were, 2 chocolate glazed. I got the bag and they gave me regular glazed. Not only do the not know how toget orders right, but they never make a good cup of coffee, it always tastes awful.

Small cup of coffee was over $2. with age discount!

What can I say, if you are a dunkin fan this one is spot on. It may be a bit hard to get to going southbound on Harlem, but northbound is a breeze. I always get a decaf iced and sometimes it may taste off or a bit old not here, never had a bad one. Stop by and enjoy!
