Cafe Blue - Palolem

We were not in the cafe blue, but we always came to breakfast and dinner. the atmosphere in the restaurant is very beautiful, stylish but cozy and with a beautiful view. the personal is super-friendly. the paratha and the puri bhaji were delicious. in the evening you can choose fresh seafood from the display. I also recommend the prawns vindaloo if they like it spicy.

We stayed in Palolem over Christmas and New Year 2017 2018. Cafe Blue is right on the beach (northern end) and is the perfect place to sun bathe on the loungers or watch the sun set from their comfy bean bags. They have a...covered lounge area which is shaded from the sun. The toilet facilities are clean. The food is excellent both for snacks and meals. We can recommend the pancakes, prawn noodles and butter chicken as well as tandoori. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They speak good English and have a fun sense of humour. I would recommend Cafe Blue to anyone visiting Palolem. It was our base for almost three weeks and I would happily go back.

We adopted Cafe Blue as our sunbed base on Palolem Beach, originally thinking it was the restaurant of our beach huts Oxygen Palolem. Actually turned out it was next door but we continued going there anyway as we found the staff to be friendly, the...food as we wanted, and the area of the beach it occupies (backwater/monkey island end)to be the prettiest part of the beach and a quiet spot. Thanks guys for great service during our stay.

Decided to stop in for lunch and try something other than Indian for a little change. Perhaps it was just their non Indian dishes they struggle with but the pasta we ordered and Mexican dish were horrible. We couldn't even eat them and so ordered a...chicken sandwich which was decent. With so many other options I would not waste your time here.
