Was here visiting a friend in Palo Alto. Had a chicken teriyaki bowl. The quantity was small but very tasty. I really loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back someday Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Not the greatest place to eat. I strongly suggest getting takeout if you have nowhere else to eat. The place smells bad, the food is not great and some of the staff definitely don't want to be there let alone take your order. Other locations are not that bad but for some reason they act like there not being payed at all. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The employees here are excellent! Especially the dinner crew. They get your order quick and are very nice. Even when very busy. Just wish they had hot chocolate!
