California Pizza Kitchen Stanford Shopping Center Priority Seating

Calif. pizza kitchens in stanford and hillsdale malls do not accept reservations, and the management staff at both places can be quite cold and snoring when the customer confused that the restaurant is listed on open table. that happened at hillsdale and stanford. why not calif. pizza kitchen management that solve? if they really refuse to accept reservations, then get from public table.
