V Wine Lounge Martini - Palm Springs

Why does service in Palm Springs suck more the less people are in an establishment? 3 other people here and I have been waiting over 10 minutes for service

The service was super accommodating and friendly, but the food is lackluster. The bacon wrapped dates were okay, but I would stay away from the food menu and just go for drinks. The space is a little depressing, too, which was a bummer. I was hoping for a lot more based on the previous reviews.

A friend had asked us to stop there for happy hour. We had never been there before and we're excited to try a new spot. We had ordered several appetizers to snack on, we also had a few martinis and some wine. The atmosphere is definitely classic Palm Springs. I would definitely recommend.
