Mcdonald's - Palm Springs

Of course, the trip thru is fast, unfortunately I was inside, waited 5 minutes after ordering before I had to ask for my food, 6 drive-thru orders were filled while my eating was ready in the expedite station...2:30 min avg drive thru / 7:30 min for me inside....Come on man!

I had to repeat more order 5 times I kid u not and they could not get it right and the manager had a nasty attitude. Please open your ears or hire employees that speak more English. This was ridiculous!Edit: I moved to three stars due to William in management giving me a call and apologizing (even though personally it wasn’t his fault, and his kindness in showing he cares about the business and his customers! Thank you so much!

This McD is poorly managed. Food was cold drive thru was a nightmare cars backed up and communication with order taker was difficult and confused. Will never go there again! No sense to complain the operation is as states poorly managed. Take your business elsewhere!

In the morning they seem to have heavy traffic influx of consumers going through their drive thru's and giving these workers a hard time, normally I would try and see if the actual workers are the cause of this but having worked in fast food, I honestly can't give them that much critique because even if some employees aren't picking up their slack, you can't assume they aren't trying their hardest to serve their customers. Other than that their counter staff are wonderful, are kind and understanding even with homeless folks who come in there to eat (other than a few unruly ones who ruin it for the other's and are asked to leave), and are perfect reflections of proper face to face customer interaction.

I've been to many McDonald's locations. This is the best one so far. The restaurant is spotless and clean. The crew are friendly and always in a good mood. I'm lovin it!
