John's Palm Springs, Ca

Previously, I'd only been here for breakfast, which I always enjoy. My friends wanted to go here for dinner. I was a little worried about service since you order at counter then someone brings your food when it is ready. It turned out to be a really great experience. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and eager to attend to your every need. We all had a great time. Multiple staff checked on us throughout the meal, kept our water glasses filled, and even brought soda and tea refills. The food was solid for burgers and fries. They are reasonably priced and serve good sized portions. Try them out, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Me and my friends liked John’s restaurant overall! We liked the french toast it was really good! My biscuits and gravy was ok. Lacked flavour, the biscuits were very basic. Prices were reasonable. You order first and pay and are given a number and you just pick your own seats and they bring your order out to you. So its like a sit down fast food place. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking. Nice area to walk around!

John's sports the classic diner vibe and they serve what you expect from a diner plus a lot of Mexican dishes. While we were there, the restaurant was clean and the staff was masked. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered a breakfast quesadilla and an omelette with hash browns. The omelette was excellent. The breakfast quesadilla was adequate, but lacked much in the way of flavor. Also, the food wasn't very warm as it sat for some time waiting to be brought to our table. Overall, John's is a nice place. My only suggestion is for a bit more attention to detail to ensure excellent food for the customers.

Super fast service to PRIDE Parade! Got the Greek chicken puff, fried zucchini and a corn dog and two big designs Sodas...for $23! Prices are then more reasonable, quality is above average and service is still under pressure. Large cabins, large retro-dinner feel and fast cooking times. Greek chicken pita had generous part of seasoned chicken, which was moist and full of taste. Freshly cut tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers offer a very delicious classic gyro yogurt sauce (tzatziki). Fried Zucchini was super crispy and generous portion, like 12 spears, with two Ranch sauces. Corndog, crispy outside and great taste! Super definitely impressed recommend.

For breakfast held back a while and the food was pretty good! It was a lively place, but the food came out quickly. Will be over again when in the neighborhood.
