Chi Chi - Palm Springs

Amazing restaurant and the wait staff were wonderful as usual.

It's a rather small hotel bar with a very small menu. The drinks are great , I loved the fresh coconut! Perfect place for a girls' night out. It's quiet and cuteRooms: 5/5

The entire team at Chi Chi makes the experience exceptional

Seated immediately with a reservation. Waiter was prompt and attentive. Apollo and the desert jewel drinks were really good. We ordered the mezze platter, sweet potato, and bread and butter. It was a lot of food for two people. The tzatizki in the mezze platter was a little clumpy for my tastes, the guacamole was just ok (lacked flavor), presentation was outstanding. The bread and butter was nice might have enjoyed it more if I had it as an appetizer instead of with the meal. The sweet potato was really good the veganaise was delicious it was a nicely plated shared plate. The ambiance is relaxing. Nice photo op under the tree with a waterfall.

Such a well kept secret. We had an amazing lunch by the pool. It was quintessential Palm Springs. We sat outside near the pool. The misters were on as it was above 100 degrees but it was comfortable. We had the club sandwich absolutely wonderful. I had an Apollo cocktail tequila, pineapple, blood orange and a cinnamon/sugar rim. Wonderful. I would have loved to have spent my afternoon there sipping cocktails by the pool. Service, as always, was excellent. My new happy place.
