I got a coffee through the drive and they made me pull up and wait for a coffee. Once I got the coffee.It tasted very bitter like they forgot to put in the caramel SoI went back through the drive through to get them to fix it. Instead of offering to make me a new coffee, they just took the coffee I had and it wasn't that they forgot to put the caramel in. There was no more caramel and the older gentleman pumped the empty thing of caramel with nothing coming out and handed it rudely back to me and said is that better.The manager looked at him and said oh, you need Carmel and went to go get it, but didn't say Hey, can you wait a minute? And we'll get you some caramel. I was nothing but nice and decided to just leave it and drive away I didn't have time or the want to tell him to just wait till the manager gets you more caramel and put more in. He needs an attitude check.
$6.00 for a LARGE latte and they fill it 2/3’s full. That’s a rip off.
Horrible service, had to wait for over 10 minutes standing inside to be noticed by the staff. Not a happy face or welcoming when ordering like I was making them work too much. The order was not as ordered. And the order system does not have the same items they have displayed in the bigger screens. This is the first time my family and I get terrible service from Dunkin. is this specific location and staff who are failing to provide customer service.
Staff friendly and helpful, we ate outside and saw we had our woofers and asked if we needed water and brought are dogs milk bones
