Cinnamon Beach Grill - Palm Coast

My friends and I stayed at the main tower condos, a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom.. Because we we were there less than 7 days maid service was on request, not a big deal to us but FYI. The location is beautiful with great views. All the amenities were close by. The condos were clean. We enjoyed our stay with the following exceptions. 1- it’s a cashless location and when we dined chose to have separate checks which was indicated to us was possible. We ended up with a jumble of charges that several times were charged to the wrong person and required us to spend time getting a printout and sorting through all the charges, about 45 minutes. 2- There was no information in the room about hours or services available. The website does not give hours either. So every time we needed to stop by or call the front desk. Some concierges were just plain rude while others were very professional. 3- The cell phone service is terrible. For what you pay I think they could invest in one or two cell phone towers. 4- except for Delfinos, the portions at the restaurant were huge. This may not be a deal breaker for you so just FYI.

If you or your kids plan to walk, wade, swim, skimboard, float or do anything in the ocean choose another location. The beach line is entirely rocks that are even too slippery to climb or play on. All promo photos are during high tide. If all you're looking for is beautiful views, sand, walks, shells amenities you'll enjoy Cinnamon Beach. I read reviews and wasn't afraid if a few rocks having lived my whole life on the Florida Gulf Coast. I also saw a response from owners that they were trying to fix the rock issue. They may have removed the rocks from a small section near the adult pool only. Don't be fooled thinking reviewers are exaggerating. We chose this location solely to enjoy the beach with our kids with the convenience of walking inside for restrooms and meals. Instead we ended up driving to a useable beach each day which we could've done at home! Very disappointed!

We stayed in unit 742 on the fourth floor with a large balcony facing directly onto the ocean. This spacious 3 bedroom condo could use some updating like installing smart TVs with the ability to stream shows. There were dvd players with each of the 4 TVs in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Beautiful location in a complex of lovely homes and condo units. Manicured grounds surround the whole area. There are 2 pools (it’s a short walk to get to them) one is basically the family pool and the other the adult pool. Both are very nice with lots of lounge chairs and shaded areas with tables and chairs. However, it’s a bit tricky enjoying the ocean. The last two hurricanes eroded the sand so that there are rocks jutting up all along the shoreline. You can see them very well at low tide. I heard there is a plan in the works to improve this situation. This is a lovely place and we had a great vacation! There are lots of rules to help the place stay nice and enjoyable for all.. residents and visitors. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place for rest and enjoy the time with family and friends

The grille cafe adds a 20% tip to your order when you order so service goes down hill pretty fast. No refills on a 8oz cup of iced tea that cost $3.50 was not appreciated.
