Starbucks - Palm City

Starbucks was full! The Drive-Thru line was wrapped around the building, so I went inside to order. The dinning room was also packed. However, when I went through the door, one could see the smile under their masks, through their eyes. They finished all orders, both the drive-thru and within, fast and efficient. I didn't hear 1 person complaining. Thank you for doing this. I'll be back soon.

This is a great starbucks with friendly staff within and really consistent quality, with just a big problem. But the drive, sometimes it can be SO SLOV. I had times when there were only 2 cars in front of me, but I was there 15 minutes. You need to speed things up on the car.

I like to sit the area both inside and outside and the customer service is great! I was extra friendly and made sure that my drink was made as I like it! Please take care of the partners! You are the best thank you

Dear Starbucks, but their prices are crazy. This is the only reason for the four stars. Coffee is almost always perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff went out of make to make correct substitutions for out of stock items on mobile order. Over communication was key.
