As much as I avoid this place due to the overwhelming menu and relatively high prices, you can't argue they really are a step above most other restaurants in their class.

I have not been to Cheesecake Factory for a while at this location, probably since COVID hit. We ordered a few slices of different cheesecake slices. The selection was good, but some of our favorite combinations of cheese, chocolate, fruit, nuts, and cream were unavailable. We decided to do a takeout this time. Once it was time to dig in I was surprised how small the slices were. I remember it was impossible to finish a generous slice in one session. This time the slice was gone and the feeling of disappointment was left over. One advice to corporate sharks, if you plan to short change your customers, expect that they will figure it out. Customer can be cheated only once, and places like this mostly rely on repeat customers. Another thing that was very concerning was the packaging. Does Cheesecake Factory care at all about the environment? I guess not. The amount of heavy duty thick plastic used to package every little slice was very disturbing.

Haven't been to 1 in a super long time The food was good and the service was great.

It's not too bad. But We got the appetizer together with the dinner.
