Burgerfi - Palm Beach Gardens

When I picked up the order she handed a bag towards me. Only 1 other customer waiting at the time as far as I could tell. I said is that foe me and gave her my order number. She nodded and gave it to me. Got home. Wrong order. Went back. Not a huge deal but had to wait, now it's over an hour later. She confirmed I was all set, and it seemed right. Got home and there were no adds (pickles, jalapeños) and were almost positive one was maybe a veggie burger. Fries were pathetic. $40 for lame food without any convenience. I also witnessed 3 other errors while I was waiting. Save yourself. Keep looking elsewhere.

You often wait a bit for your order, BUT, it's always worth the wait. I LOVE YOU BURGERFI!!!!!!!

What a great place! The Palm Beach Gardens location has plenty of parking, the staff was polite and friendly! The restaurant was clean. Ordering was efficient and we received our order quickly with everything being correct. The food is excellent, best burgers we've had in Florida and the prices are not expensive. Highly recommend!!!

Burgers were really good. Service was quick and pleasant. Please get rid of those paper straws...there are better options that aren't plastic. I used 3 straws during one meal; the soggy texture is disgusting.

Felt guilty about coming in before closing but where received with open arms by Deborah and her team, I would say Deborah went above and beyond by making us feel comfortable and was more then willing to feed us and had the best attitude doing so. we are traveling so we had to find some where quickly before everything closed. Bad timing on us but very thankful for them telling us they weren?t closing with 30 min left of their shift.
