Brooklyn Water Bagel

I sure do hope the food makes up for the terrible service I received at the northlake location today, literally on my mom’s birthday, so far the “cubsta”coffee sucks which isn’t a good sign because how do you mess coffee up? Yeah, do better. So unbelievably rude

Really good service, and usually quick. Great bagels, great sammiches, great coffee.But today, the older dude with crossed eyes was eating crumbs out of the bagel slicer while he was cutting my bagels. It was really weird. I don't think he got anything in bagels, but he was eating with his gloved hand. Not sure that's professional.

It wasn’t much of a bagel, more a bagel shaped piece of bread. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, the egg was like an unseasoned dish sponge, the bacon was undercooked, and my double toasted “bagel” was luke warm at best.

We love the bagels and coffee but pickup set up really needs to be addressed. It would be nice to have everything labeled by type, door dash, call-in pickup.

Was there twice in 1 week and both times waited 20 min+ for to go orders. Plenty of staff but they don't seem to care how long u r waiting. 2nd time they claim they called me but set my order on top of muffin case and let me stand there for 20 minutes.I had to ask where my order was. They also over charged me for 2 iced coffees when I ordered 1 small coffee and 1 sm soda. Terrible service considering there are many employees!!
