Piccolo Mondo - Palm Beach

I?m going to give this place 3 stars because the food is great and the deliver time is decent! But trying to order over the phone is nearly impossible. I?ve ordered from here three times already and every time I?ve had a not so good experience. The lady taking my order is impatient and never lets me finish placing my order when I try to ask questions she rushes me. Today I?ve called twice the first time I was put on hold without anyone saying hello, then they hung up the second time I was sent to voicemail. I love your food but it?s a bit frustrating to get it.

On a scorching summer day, the heat inside Picolo Mondo was even more intense. However, the Cheeseburgers served there today were some of the most delicious I have ever tasted! The lovely young lady, who is always present, ensures that you receive top-quality food at a reasonable price, served quickly, and with a warm smile. Despite the sweltering heat outside, the experience inside the restaurant was truly exceptional.

Called at 1pm and placed an order for a burger, when it was getting closer to 2 my food still hadn't arrive. I called and they said they couldn't find my order. This is the second time that this has happened to me. They are late, unprofessional, and need to hire a second person to manage the phone.

This restaurant on the island is one of the best spots for lunch. I frequent this place often and they offer a great variety of food, all of which is incredibly tasty. Make sure to visit them when you are in the area.
