Bidrage med feedbackI've eaten here twice during my stay in Palermo and it's a MUST for any vegans (or non-vegans) visiting. I had the risotto my first visit and pasta my second. Both were incredibly delicious, flavourful, generous portions, cooked to perfection with a variety of creative ingredients and amazing textures. I highly recommend and I wish I was here long enough to try everything on their menu. Looking forward to my next visit!
Very nice vegan food. Enjoyed the zucchini spaghetti and the pistachio mousse cake. Friendly service and nice outdoor seating on a quiet street. Advertised opening times were slightly wrong (we arrived 30mins before they take food orders), but I think they've been updated now! Recommended.
Yesterday I visited a charming restaurant Haiku Palermo with delicious vegan food eg. Pasta with asparagus... They let me take away food in my own reusable packages They make everything themselves, even sauces real food! I met the owners Barbara and her husband very kind people. The waitresses were also very cheerful and nice. Experiencing food like that is a real journey! We need more of that than fast food
Friendly and attentive staff; very generous portions. Although the menu did not match the one available on the website, the choice was varied and interesting. first course: to knock with tomato sauce, olives and capers, enriched with almond granella and pistachio on zucchini cream. Amazing: excellent pasta cuisine, fresh and intense flavors, delicious. second course: seitan kebab on crêpe accompanied by mixed sauces and vegetables. unfortunately I could not go beyond the first bite: aretan with an indefinite goto and an unpleasant consistency, spongi treated of slices of bucherellate; vegetables in poor quantities, presumably marinated in wine vinegar? that permeated also part of the seitan. sauces also rich in vinegar, distinguishable only in texture and color. thin crêpe, at the base of the dish therefore impregnated of the alleged vinaigrette mentioned before. the dish had nothing to do with a kebab: not spices, not sauces, not vegetables or bread. for me an unhappy revisitation. in a possible next time I think I'd try the carbonara, which I saw in a table nearby and seemed great.
Great dishes, very delicious. Tiramisù to the sublime pistachio. attentive and kind staff. very nice location
