I ordered for July 14 2 ice cream cakes, of which a watermelon, berries and fiordilatte, I paid the 2 cakes well 70 euros, believing that I had bought ice cream as well as I had happened in other ice cream shops.. And instead the cakes were almost only cream, ice cream only a very thin layer! After paying a lot, I was sick. The cakes were just decorated with cream cuffs, they didn't have to sell me almost just cream! If you order some ice cream you want some ice cream..
Yesterday having opted for an ice cream, I recommend myself, Ettore matranga ice cream square lions! As soon as you enter, our friend asks to taste first a taste and then the other, having never seen these tastes in other ice cream makers! In the second attempt, the brizzolato guy with smiling embossed glasses stating.. 50 tastes.. 50 what am I asking?! If it is not a service you can do, or there is no courtesy. But if you do, you have to shut up and be kind to the customers. After paying the two cones, the same girl always asks the banker a teaspoon, as she had not seen they were in the paperwork at the service of the customers.. the answer of the same guy was able to keep what he had.. I say, but if you don't want to work on Sundays, or if you're unwitting because you'd like to do something else. Let room for others who may have more touch in polite and kind posing with customers! Because maybe there are other works in which you can express in this way! I don't comment on the tizia that was in cash, which came out, in her cute way she thought maybe she, to ironically rebuke a baby crying, when outside the club you keep the ball music you hear it up to the stadium! When I always go to the Matranga bar, it's really a guarantee. I've already asked for cakes in the past and a few days ago I bought one: Devil meta (chocolate and cream) and half fruit. All satisfied of course. The bench pieces are also exquisite! There is no lack of kindness, professionalism and availability, are distinctive traits.
Back for a breakfast on the fly, under the Christmas holidays, I found the same quiet and welcoming mode. Too bad the waitress forgot to serve sugar, along with the coffee and the ordered cappuccino, so I had to do the service. Of course, this unfinished service is part of the professional table service, paid as extra, and not enjoyed. A real defaillance, unexplained, for a cofee historic bar.
