Nou Fusion! - Palau-saverdera

Fuimos a comer el sábado a Nou Fusion. Tenían un menú de 35 euros con 3 primeros para elegir entre 2 segundos (carne o pescado) y postre. Los 3 primeros estaban deliciosos, elegimos uno de cada en los segundos y ambos platos realmente buenos, los postres fueron la guinda del pastel para terminar con un menú ligero y delicioso. El personal fue muy atento, además aceptan perros para aquellos que se ven limitados con sus mascotas. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!

La comida es excelente y el lugar es simplemente perfecto, con vistas impresionantes desde su terraza...

We went to this restaurant with a local resident, and it seemed that most of the guests the night we were there are “regulars”. Nothing speaks better for a restaurant than locals who are regulars! The setting is lovely, in a renovated house is a great setting for a delicious meal. As the name suggests, it is a menu that offers a fusion of cuisines. The service was good and there is a good selection of wines. Reservations would be advised.
