Bidrage med feedbackThis place wasn’t bad from a food perspective so I feel bad leaving a slightly negative review but I also think there are a lot of things they can do better. Firstly, it’s in a hotel and whilst there is a nice view you can’t really escape the hotel feel. Some of the dishes were amazing (octopus, lamb chops and the tagliatelle) but for every good dish there was an average one. But the thing that really let them down was the service. Whilst everyone was lovely they were just disorganised. We were sat down, we ordered drinks and food, and we could see the man occasionally coming to each table with a bread selection but he just didn’t come to us until we were mid way through our first course. Even then we got bread but it was another 5 mins before someone came by and we could ask for the oil and balsamic. All quite frustrating. After we gave our food order no one really came to check on us. We were left without water for over an hour because no one noticed. Our plates were collected but no one asked if we wanted desert so for half an hour we sat at the table with no food and empty glasses waiting for someone to ask us if we wanted dessert. Waiters walked past and looked at our table but no one asked if we were ok. We finally asked a waiter and he brought the menus but again didn’t ask if we needed more drinks. We ordered dessert (a cold dessert that would take 1 min to bring out) and then after 20 mins it still didn’t come and the waiter hadn’t even set our table for dessert. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. In the end, frustrated we asked for the bill from the same waiter that took our dessert order and he didn’t even notice that we hadn’t had it. Obviously when they looked at the bill they realised and asked us about it and we said that we had been sat there for over an hour with no food or drinks and that we ordered dessert over 20 mins ago. It was obvious then that they had just forgotten about us. Whilst they apologised the damage was done, I was over having dessert even though they ran to the kitchen and got it for us (took less than 30 seconds) which made the fact that we had waited even more frustrating. It felt like an hour wasted and an overall unpleasant experience which is a shame because half of the dishes we had were amazing. I just would not go back as dining is about the overall experience. For the type of restaurant this tries to be they have to be better.
We will never forget our visit here. Foods, drinks and view was extraordinary. Not to mention the fantastic staff who was wonderfully helpful, funny and genually kind. Never in a million years will we regret that we went here. Hoping to be back some day in the future for more memories.
Professionalism, attention to detail the quality of food and pacchero at the aastice have made a superb dinner in this lovely place. sincere congratulations to the maitre angel to the chef lay him and to the director dino mitidieri.
We passed by at lunch and we had an amazing experience. Location, people and food top. Spaghetti with local Aragosta were incredible, the best i had since few years. I recommend this place.
This place is great! Atmosphere is warm and amazing and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The view is amazing! And let me tell you that the food is really good and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
