Durty Nellie's - Palatine

Durty Nellies showed promise, but the food was extremely poor. I could have made better-tasting frozen food at home. The restaurant does have an impressive beer selection, great live music, and a trendy vibe. Overall, I was very let down.

I ordered a turkey burger and it was very heavy on the oregano. There was not a wine list but a full side of the menu dedicated to beers. The live entertainment was great which was the reason we drove the distance! Pricey.... On top of it all there is a 10.00 cover charge as well! Thought if you paid to have dinner and for the food that the music would all be included. An expensive night for a pub.

Durty Nellie's is a fantastic spot to visit! The food and drinks are excellent, and there is always a lively atmosphere.

Food was not great what you would expect for this attitude. It is likely to be the cheapest location to Palatine Metra Train Station in downtown. Next time for outdoor sessions, which should also cut to noise level.

We stopped for the Mother's Day. We love the food... my personal favorite is the Pot 'O Gold Burger. Had a great time with the family and had a great dinner. Love Nellies....
