Great service. Menu choice could be increased, but what was on offer was good. Sad that majority of the time, the roast is always pork.

Had a great meal with family for Mother’s Day. Staff were all beyond excellent. Especially the lady that served our table she was no worse than 10 out of 10. She went above and beyond to make everyone welcome including the 4 year old and 18 month old children. Will definitely be back again Thanks

It is hit and miss. I was staying at Mercire for a month with work so had my meals at the club. Sometimes service is great sometimes it's not. Some nights it's like they want to move you on as quickly as possible even though they aren't busy. The motel needs to communicate with the club better. The clubs end doesnt get the full details of the conditions of the stay that their employer has set out.One night there was a chip on the floor. The staff actually went out of their way to walk around it. Why not just pick it up. It was like 45 minutes before it got squashed. If you are not ready to order your food when they ask you, they take for ever to come back to you it was like 20 minutes, so be prepared. Some servings are large, some are small of the same choice from the menu. There's no consistency. It can either take 5 minutes to come out or 30 minutes, when it's not busy. And the staff obviously have a requirement placed on them to ask the diner how their meal is. I hate that. Just let me eat my meal in peace.

Definatley need to bring beef ribs back on the menu. And crumbed barramundi
