Hamishes Hoose - Paisley

We decided to have lunch at this restaurant again, as we had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed. The shared starter we ordered, chicken goujons, turned out to be processed chicken dippers and not very tasty ones at that. The main courses were also underwhelming. Additionally, the restaurant was cold and drafty. I hope these issues will be addressed soon.

The pub in the center of town was a nice spot to visit. Unfortunately, my group of five had a disappointing lunch experience with frozen and overcooked food. The dessert was also underwhelming. I might consider going back for just a drink in the future. It could have just been an off day for them, as the restaurant area was quiet. The large room was nice and conveniently located near the station.

Good food, reasonable prices, on last visit the service was very poor. We waited a long time for our food ,kids were with us and got very restless. Two of our friends ordered 2 cokes which they obviously forgot about, I had to go to one of the waitress's direct to remind her. Apart from the service I enjoyed the food.

Thank you for a fantastic evening at the restaurant! Some places charge a cover fee, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary ham. The food was delicious, the staff was attentive, and the DJ ensured we all had a great time with karaoke and dancing. I highly recommend this place for birthday parties, hen nights, or any other special occasion.

Celebrate my mom and dads diamond anniversary here on Friday night (4 august) with some of the family. they are both spritely and fit for their age and they wanted a place where they could eat a few drinks and maybe dance the rest of the night away. eating without gourmet, was tasty and traditional and there was a good choice to choose from, it will also appeal to those on a budget, it will certainly be won 't break the bank. there was also a good choice of beating, laying, weeping and spirituosing to keep the various talks around the table with many layers of their 60s together alive. hammishes offers free entertainment at the weekends, from an in-house dj that plays a lot of music and tastes karaoke to local talented bands that offer many different styles to suit any taste. Friday evening we spent with dj chris and his wide selection on melodies. he ensured that all singers got their songs and the dancers didn't want to sit down. the stars of the evening were the 'auld yins' betty and jimmy, who, despite their progressive years, have hung up the dance floor and put us younger to sleep. I would just like to thank all the staff members of the hammishes from the bar staff, the waiters, the chefs and their kitchen staff for their care and attention in the evening and make our special night a happy and unforgettable experience.
