Rude staff. I don’t appreciate being treated with disrespect by staff members.

The customer service was a 5/5 the reason I am giving this location two stars is because I ordered two smoothies and paid over the phone and then realized it was the wrong location and the manager claims she can't refund my order over the phone....so I just paid 30$ for two smoothies. I'm not too happy.

I went to this location during a lunch break to grab something to eat. When I first arrived there was one person in line ahead of me ordering and 5 girls working behind the counter. It took more than 5 minutes(not exaggerated) for the customer in front to have her one smoothie rung up in the register as she ordered a smoothie of the month and the staff couldn 't figure out how to charge them for it. I ordered a medium smoothie and pb&g wrap immediately after. By this time there were 6 other customers behind me in line. I waited another 5 minutes for my order as smoothies started to come out for the customers that were BEHIND me. Very frustrating experience but staff was nice. Smoothie was fine and the wrap was difficult to eat as it was shoved into the container standing up getting the yogurt and peanut butter all over. My expectations were a bit higher just because so many people were working and it wasn 't busy when I first arrived.
