Bidrage med feedbackPlaced a mobile order and not a single item was correct. The munchkin mix was all one flavor, and both the coffees had no caramel in them. I?ve had several issues with the lids not being properly sealed and popping off while being handed to me. Thistime hot coffee was dumped all over my friend as she took it from the employee. They stared at her and closed the window. Noreplacement, no concern about the hot coffee burning her legs, just complete disregard for their mistake. After so many issueswith this Dunkin, my friends and family will no longer be using it.
I know It's a doordash issue but why are we getting charged for the toppings that areal come on the sandwhich as If they are extra? A bacon egg and cheese bagel being advertised around 6.50$ comes out to 8 dollars in the end if I want to actually havean egg on my sandwhich. Oh and cheese. So if I ordered this sandwhich and took all the ingredients off. It will still charge me6 dollars for a simple croissant. Fix your menu
Customer service is absolutely terrible. I?ve gone multiple times over the last 2 weeks and it has been absolutely terrible. No manners and seems they don?t know how to do their jobs right. I?m not one to leave negative reviews like this but because we areall people and we mess up and stuff but I think this just needs to be said and I?m hoping this will help anyone out.
AM breakfast visit.....Poor customer service....burnt hash browns and Avocado toast, not toasted, worker snatched food from my hands. Staff rude. Young man swearing behind counter. Will never return to this location. Unprofessional and verydisrespectful. Want the old Dunkin donuts back. 10/17/22
Worst experience possible. The people at the window are rude act like you?re asking them for a favor by taking your order. I was there today and the guy at the window didn?t even greet me but I looked past that Because I really needed the order. I letthe person at the window know I had a big order and that I?d let them know when I was done, he continued to say ?anything else?after everything I ordered, and everytime I ordered something else the guy on the received sighed like it was a bad thing. Aftercontinuous sighing I asked if I was bothering him and he said no but continued to be careless about my order so I said he canjust cancel it and he started laughing. I pulled up to the window and asked for a manager to which they told me I couldn?t speakwith because she was mad screaming on the phone with someone else. I told one of the girls I didn?t care if she was mad alreadyand that I would wait to speak to her. I was told I can?t talk to a manager until Tuesday morning because she wasn?t available wouldn?t be. I went to Mentor Dunkin and while the wait was much longer the service was a lot better. I called later to speak toa manager to be told ?the manager isn?t here?. I will definitely not be returning this isn?t the first time the staff has beencareless and the manager is nowhere to be found.
