Walmart Supercenter - Pagosa Springs

Standard Wal-Mart, they have something of everything. I needed a 12-foot digital optical cable. instead of ordering online and waiting for delivery, they had it on camp. they also wear many summer water sports toys.

The manager was great. The employee who worked in photography was rude to my wife and verbally hostile. I give 2nd chances but the man who worked in photography was just hostile to this customer who was willing to spend $100. Plus dollars in that store. I'll order online if I have to stop there. Never again.

Store clean. There was a lot of shoppers. Like three cashiers in total. Needs grocery pick-up and online order fillers. If your gonna advertise it. Bring it. We would appreciate it. I know they're struggling with employees. Sorry but tbh. I used self scan.

I love this Walmart, been coming here for years. Employees are always nice, store is spotless, and shelves are always stocked!However, I am very disappointed in how they don't enforce their mask policy AT ALL. At least 1/3 of the store at any given point isn't wearing a mask OR is wearing them improperly. I've never seen it this bad ANYWHERE. Covid killed my Mother in February and I find the lack of concern for human life EXTREMELY troubling....

This store is poorly stocked, and even though it claims to be a supercenter, it is not a supercenter. There is no delivery or curbside pickup. Many items when bought on their website will not ship to this store; no one has been able to explain why or why not. Customer service is very slow. Most of the people who work there are very nice.
