I had the Quesadillas and they're really good. There are also 3 different causes that you can get with your meal. Idk, what the other reviews are talking about, but it's pretty good! You use Mozzarella cheese if that makes a difference to you. The staff is also very nice.

The tacos have taste. Sopapillas were fresh and warm. And the people who took our order were kind.

The taste of this sopapillas is one of the most addictive things I have ever experienced. If my taste buds don't get to have one of these things, I start going through Sopapilla withdrawal. And trust me, you don't want to. And the family that runs it is so beautiful. Overall, it is really just the taste that drives me nuts for this place. In any case, I will come back to Pagosa!

These guys helped us so much by saving the day and catering our rehearsal dinner! I am Hispanic and their food tasted like it came from my abuelitas kitchen!! The food was so yummy and they went above and beyond to make it happen for us!
