Bidrage med feedbackOrdered food that required utensils to eat. We got our food then they tell us they have no utensils so we asked for a refund on those items only. Manager was rude and demanded a receipt, which we didn't have due to ordering at the kiosk. As a manager myself, she should've just given us the $6 refund but she wouldn't. I contacted corporate. How are we supposed to eat food without utensils when utensils are required for eating some of what we ordered.
If you want to be spared of not getting sick don't eat here I just got a whole party pack of hard shell tacos and everyone of the taco shells are old you can kinda tell by the off smell they gave off but not to mention the fact every bit of what I got was either old or burnt to a crisp I asked for a crunchwrap not a burnt to a
Turns out that I've already given a bad review to this place. Nothing has changed. I've had bowel movements that are smarter than most of Pageland.

Food tasted good, what was edible of it, as tacos were dumped into the bag and all the contents spilled out like it was trash day. Service was very slow at 3 pm with no other cars in line and the guy at the window seemed under the influence of something. Realizing it could have just been an off day, I probably will go back once more to see if it improves. However, my issue at the Lancaster location, has always been that they leave something out of my order at the drive thru almost every time(before the update), but the Pageland location gave us an extra taco and a crunch wrap! Yay for me but not so great for Taco Bell. At this location, on that day, Pageland Taco Bell missed the mark.
