Chick-fil-a - Paducah

My first and second times at Chick-fil-A. The nuggets and mac and cheese were the best ever!! The regular Lemonade wasn't bad either!

The food was good. The drive thru experience sucks! I don 't want someone with an I pad coming up to my window and saying what do you want and I especially don 't want them doing it prior to me getting to the menu. The corrugated menus they have zip tiedto the carport before the real menu has the print so small you can hardly see and the wind has wrapped the corrugated boardaround the carport tubing. The regular drive through experience was much more efficient and a better customer experience.

They have a good bun here. the drive thru is insanely busy at the lunchtime. they are pleasant and keep the escaping clean.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, the kids ordered 12pc nuggets. Mine was fresh,spicy and tender. Kids of course enjoyed their meals. We ate inside because we had time to sit down and talk. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building. My advice, order ahead!

Slow, waited for 30 minutes inside. They said they called my name but some of us are elderly so I guess we didn’t hear. We sat there waiting for 25 minutes before asking and then they said it was moved to “unclaimed food” I just question why they never asked us even though multiple employees looked at us and questioned it. Our cashier was Jeffery at 6:43pm on 06/08/2022. We finally got our around 7:25. I love chic fil a but I am upset for my family. Our food was cold by the time we asked them.
