Buffalo Wild Wings - Paducah

The traditional wings were great and the Caesar salad wasn't too bad. But the dressing was really sweet which I found unusual.

The service is so bad I have no words to describe it. One of the worst managed establishments in western, KY. Food is great, if they get it right. Don't bother reaching out to Buffalo Wild Wings either, all they do is give you rewards point that don't even equal enough to buy anything.

Group of 15. Got to have the right server to handle a group. This time they didn't.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I had high hopes, but sadly, it was a major letdown. The ranch and blue cheese dressings were both terrible—tasted like they came straight from a dollar store brand with no flavor or tang. As for the wings, they were cold, dry, and lacked any kind of seasoning or taste. It’s like they were cooked hours before and left to sit out. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing meal. I won’t be coming back. Don't waste your money and time.

Service was slow, refills on drinks had to be asked for not offered and when they ran out of tea instead of making more they made us change what we were drinking. They brought out one person 's food long before others food. They said one dish was still cooking or waiting on a specific item to it and when it came out those wings that were still cookin were cold and obviously sat for a while. The chicken stips were chewy and under cooked. It was over all a disappointing experience. Yes it was late when we came in however it says online they close at midnight. It was 930 and they were cleaning like they were ready to get out of there. Additionally, it seemed our waitress had a dislike for kids and female customers, she seemed great with the men.
