Rarely I happened to eat so much, so well and especially very rarely I happened to praise every single dish that comes to the table. The proposed formula is a fixed price menu, including water, wine, coffee, etc. etc. Caution, we do not talk about a menu squeezed with some taste, here we have 15/16 different appetizers cheeses, meats, meat, vegetables), 3 first dishes Sardinian dumplings to ragù, ravioli butter and sage and galluree soup), porcetto with potatoes, sorbetto, sweets, coffee and digestives. All local products, indeed, more than local I would say of home. Everything that is served is done by them. The portions are much more than abundant. It is really shocking that for the quality of the raw material and for how it is cooked there is no row all the nights. Really, really nice. Food is awesome and from the Sardenian culture. The waiters are extremely friendly and accommodating, we had a person that was allergic the milk based foods and they tried to prepare all the normal plates to satisfy her needs. Wood recommend it and will definitely return.
We were almost a month ago for my first half a century! welcomed with a good aperitif. well-kept place and immersed in a forest of oaks and holm oaks. friendly staff is very prepared, excellent service, about 16 appetizers one more good than the other! exceptional galluree soup, pork that dissolved in the mouth. excellent sweets, great place also for children where they can get drunk with various games and a vast outdoor space. I celebrated my 50 fantastically. Congratulations to all.
Beautiful location surrounded by a well-kept oak park, you can sip an aperitif on board a beautiful pool. the lunch was unsurpassed, starters (about 14 courses) 3 before the pork to the spit, the desserts, all with high quality ingredients and cooked in an excellent way. very friendly staff with a very efficient service (the interior room and the veranda were in complete.) really competitive price including coffee, wine and digestive to 38 euros per person. What to say. I highly recommend trying this fantastic Sardinian culinary experience. sin there are only 5 stars. It would be better.
