Bidrage med feedbackI ordered: Fish Fillet and Chips = 200+ *surprisingly delicious! I never expect a moist and fresh fish for this kind of meal, factoring in the cost and the place being old and out of fashion. The mayonnaise dip is overly made, too sweet. But the fish fillet is excellent being eaten without the dip. SMB light = 90/bot *affordable! The place is quite old fashioned. I was like in a 2GO ship main lobby with low ceiling, maximized spaces and wooden round tables. The Pearl Manila has been in the area for few decades already that's why interior is dark and quite old. But it was okay, they still have approachable and very accommodating staff which is one of the most important hotel factor.
Last july 22 after attempting to donate blood at PGH we decided to rest first then eat lunch. Our school administrator took us to the Seven Seas Cafe inside the Manila Pearl Hotel ..place is so cozy it made you felt like you are inside a cruise ship because of the ocean like vibes inside. As for the food we ordered fish and chips for the appetizer and for the main course we ordered Kare-Kare and a salmon steak for our muslim friend :) after 20-25 minutes the food came the Kare-Kare's consistency is not what i expected it is so creamy and rich and you can really taste the peanut ..so yummn i asked my muslim friend if she liked her salmon steak and she said it's kinda okay .. It taste good but not super wow and lastly my favorite part the dessert we ordered ube icecream and ohhh super duper "sarap" bongga hahaha well all i can is that the place is good they do offer buffet if you like to try , ala carte orders are a little bit pricey but worth it . :) till next time! ????
Usually not a very crowded place, so whenever i want to just be alone with a friend, i come here. The waiters are nice and accommodating, and they make great iced tea. I have a few favorite dishes like their lamb curry, pancit molo, grilled chicken, kare-kare and chicken diablo - i'm not sure if i got the name of the last dish right. The lamb curry is especially awesome. Their martinis aren't bad either. On the other hand, the place also seems quite dead - like the place has been shutdown. It would usually be dark, occasionally with chairs on top of tables. Maybe more people will actually show up if they cleaned up tables, put some lights on and actually fix a door or two. And although the waiters are nice, they too have the disposition of the dead. Their morale is definitely down. They are like ghosts, at times they hang out somewhere behind the bar and it takes time for them to realize you've been raising you hand for the last 10 minutes. The buffet is awful, and most of the menu options suck. I actually really like the place and I don't really care about its faults because it's cozy but I do wish they'd try to improve the place - if they want other regular customers besides me all the time. Wouldn't want them to close.

After months of ignoring this resto-cafe in front of school, I finally had the chance to give it a try. I ordered Coffee Based Frap Mocha (120PHP) and Pasta Bolognese (125PHP) w/c was recommended by a friend. The pasta is savoury and it has the 'enough' serving for its price. While the CB Frap Mocha tastes the ordinary iced cocoa w/ no kick of coffee at all! It's a nice place to review for the students (tolerable noise because of others who preferred to hang out there) and to conduct some meetings (because it's located inside Pearl). Some of the staff are the EAC HRM students (they're on OJT, I think) that's why they're a little bit shy but they do well in their careers! Definitely will come back to try their pasta dishes!!! And some hot/iced coffee. Hehe. Cheers, Sir Campos!
