Ocean Fish Japanese Cuisine - Pacifica

Delicious and fresh nigiri. Generous portions and the nigiri have a nice fish to rice ratio.

Great amount of fish to rice. Not too much rice on the rolls.

We were surprised. Weve never been disappointed by this restaurants food. But tonight, we found the tempura was hot and bland, while the teriyaki beef was "ice" cold. Whats more, the beef tasted terrible, like it had been stored in the walkin too long. And it was really tough; just inedible.

Confusing menu. Tempura was greasy. Udon noodles were average.

DD service: First Dasher stole the order (watched them loop a few blocks from me and turn around). Restaurant confirmed the order was picked up. Spent next 45 minutes trying to find a DD agent, online and by phone. Restaurant: They remade the order without being asked to and it showed up 15 minutes their closing time. Very grateful since I was scrambling now for other dinner options when everything else was closed. Everything I ordered was delivered the egg rolls were piping hot. The tonkatsu dinner was perfectly sliced. Thank you OCEAN FISH for your customer service and delicious dishes!
