Chili's Grill Pace

Excellent customer service by Madison!! Our server was Madison at the Chili?s at Pace, Florida ! Madison did an excellent job!! Madison was very kind and very professional to us!! Best Server ever!! During our initial visit, we ordered a rare burger and were given a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. Despite our disappointment, we decided to give the restaurant a second chance. However, during our next visit, I was served cold, overcooked meat. Once again, they attempted to rectify the situation by offering us another gift card. Although I appreciate the gesture, I would much rather have a satisfactory dining experience than a gift card as compensation. It seems that offering gift cards is their go-to solution for pacifying dissatisfied customers.

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I don't understand why we received such terrible service, especially since the table behind us was attended to by the same waitress. Our baked potato soup was served at room temperature, it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order, and she only came to our table a few times. The food was below average, but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could remember the name of our server, I would definitely include it here. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The waiter provided good service. I ordered the Caesar salad, but the dressing tasted almost expired. The southwestern egg rolls were not hot and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the experience at Chili's was hit or miss.

Sat down later in the evening and the hostess greeted us and gave us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottle beer and received draft when our server brought it by. I asked for the bottle and received an eye roll and irritation. We ordered andwhen food was brought out we asked for napkins, a refill and a small plate. First 2 we received from another server. No platethe entire visit. Our server never came back to our table but visited the 2 next to us a few times. I don 't typically leavecomments or reviews. This was a disappointing experience. Food was decent. BBQ combo ribs were terrible. Fajitas were decent butthe sauce they use to make the sizzle on the way out caused a bad taste for the chicken.
