I asked her politely if they had the regular size item, to which she rudely replied that they only had the large size. However, I later found out online that they do offer the regular size for ordering. It's disappointing that they would lie about their menu options. Ultimately, the manager should not hire employees with a negative attitude to work in customer-facing positions.
The food was good, but I could have been better, the chicken was a bit dry, and the cash gave me only a part of the cream, spinat and marshmallow sweet potato. I think Boston market really tries to save money by giving people a part of their side!!!
Ahh fleischtau and huh. always a fan of boston market. sad to see that they only make the stuffing seasonal now, some people like it all year round? ... as always a pleasure to grab some bm.
Second time, the first time was not unhappy, I said to myself ok letting me go again maybe it's better that all hard-hooking is cold very annoyed maisbrot is the worst
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious when I pick it up. However, I would appreciate it if the staff could be a bit more efficient and polite to customers. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service should always be a priority. It's important to be nice and have a smile when interacting with customers.
