Pizza Hut - Ozark

I won't be going back to this establishment again! I met up with some of my family there. I had ordered the buffet without looking at it for myself and 2 others. When more family members arrived I told them what we had ordered. When they looked at the buffet they noticed that the only pizza up there was sausage. I told them I bet they can whip you up another kind if you like they asked our waitress who said no problem she turned in an order for the pizza we wanted to be made. The waitress came by several times asking us if everything was ok and we told her that the pizza had still not been put on the buffet no problem she said I will check. She came back and told us that it didn't have very much longer. 10 minutes later we all got a check including the buffets that my family members had not even had yet. They told this to the waitress who thought we were kidding. Turns out they never even put the pizzas that we wanted in. We went back once after that and the buffet was again a disappointment with old food and no selection. Stupid me for going back.

It turns out they never put the pizzas we wanted. After that we went back and the buffet was again a disappointment with old dishes and no choice. I wanted to go back.

Pizza we ordered was hot, like fresh from the oven. Very nice. Our delivery driver was very polite and treated us with all respect. The food was great and tasted very good. 29- APR-22

Pizza hat is still Top 3 in Pizza chains for me. I always know what I'm gonna get from them. The staff at this particular location is always friendly. I use the Pizza Hut App and work around the various offers they have for the best prices all week.

My pizza was so good, I picked up and the young man at the counter was very nice.
