Shake Shack National Harbor - Oxon Hill

Saturday 27/apt/24 zero service the Employees specially the manager was so rude I won’t to eat in this shake shake anymore

Extremely slow! No one in restaurant now I know why!

Had a great overall experience. I had Shake Shack once about 9 years ago and couldn't have told you what the food tasted like. I am not sure what prompted me to try again today, but I am so glad I did. The Shackburger was amazing, so much flavor, the patties were seasoned perfectly. Nice, crispy edges, crunchy bacon. Soft, toasty bun and fresh veggies. The crinkle fries were crispy and salty, though not as hot as I would have liked. Especially getting there as soon as they opened. I wasn't impressed with the chocolate shake. The dragonfruit lemonade was decent though refreshing. My husband ended up joining me for lunch and was equally impressed. We will definitely be back.

Experience is good everytime we visit. Remy has great customer service skills. Hospitality was helpful to me as a frequent customer. Please consider when thinking of a higher position.
