 Im sorry but theres always something wrong weather its the unfresh brown guacamole the hard rice the burnt chips every time I get it from DoorDash it tastes old and the burritos are extremely small nothing like how I get in the store nobody wants to bite into their burrito and taste hard rice and unfresh ingredients makes you sick Make sure you never wanna eat chipotle again

My salad bowl was so salty that I had to throw it away. But atleast my guacamole was green.

You can choose between burrito, bowl, taco and salad. For each of them there are two vegan option, one with only vegetables and guacamole with vegetable protein. I took the latter as a bowl with brown rice, beans and vegetables. I was pretty happy.

There was a long line, but that was because we had just gotten out of CADCA conference at the Gaylord and everyone else was going there too. Their staff didn't seem prepared for the big rush of people and it took a while to be served, but it was an enjoyable experience beside that.

I walked in this place and I was the only person in there. No came right away to help me. These people working in here were so damn loud and laughing it was ridiculous. I can't believe I had to wait to place my order. A guy that was standing at the counter decided to take my order. I had to ask him was he going to take my order. I asked for the manager and she one of people in there loud and laughing about whatever. I told her that all of of them were extremely loud and unprofessional. I was so annoyed by this. Everyone in there Spanish speaking. I'm a black female. I wonder would it had been different if I were Latina. I do not want to go back in here. Very poor behavior from all the staff including the manager. Just plain rude.
