Customer service is unfortunately quite slow and appears inefficient. They need a new staffing algorithm or something. Nice to have a decent alternative to Starbucks though.

Good drinks but customer service could be A LOT BETTER! I've been going for months and I see the same unfriendly clerks.

For me, it's always a perfect caramel frappe or latte with whip! Yum. Only coffee bean and tea leaf can make them like that

I ordered a matcha green tea and it made me so so sick. I will never go to this location again. I guess they just don't take care of their blenders? I got a mix that was mostly powdered milk and ice

After my morning walk I decided to try the mango iced- tea,I asked if they had no sugar added,but the guy mwntion is a syrup pump that has the flavor,and that comes with sugar,so got one with 1/2 pump,I regreat getting it it had no fruit flavor at all,so next rime I will juat have the regular black tea iced-tea.
