Starbucks - Oxnard

They always leave something out of my order. This morning it was 2 cake pops (chocolate and 1 cookies/cream). I bought 4 breakfast sandwiches. I was in drive through, once I pulled up to window to pick up food, I was told they had ran out of the sandwiches I ordered snd did I want a refund. I was stunned the girl asked me this. I told her.. no we are hungry. I should have left. The spinach, feta, and egg white wrap was horrible. I will not be frequently this store again.

Edit: I can order from this Starbucks RIGHT NOW on the app, because the store is supposed to be open until 1 AM. However, after showing up for my order, it?s closed. Throw this location away. Just close it. Every time we come to this location at night there?s a hand written sign that they?re out of pretty much everything, but somehow it?s all available when the sun comes up and the shift changes. I have a hard time believing Starbucks/management is keeping this place staffed overnight if they?re truly unable to serve food/beverages to their customers. It doesn?t make sense. (Side complaint, why does every frappe from this store taste really bad? We never have this issue at the Plaza location, 5th and B st in Oxnard.

This is always my go-to Starbucks when I?m in the area. They have a drive through. They?re friendly. They?re always quick and accurate with service! Will definitely be back.

Starbucks in Oxnard on the corner of Rose and Gonzalez. I am not impressed with this restaurant. While they seem friendly enough, Batistas stand around talking to each other while several customers wait in line. They take too long to prepare order.

Slow. And slower. I only go here on my way to work; excuse me, went here. I don't go any more. They either don't have enough people scheduled, or they're poorly trained. I've given them way too many any chances. Done. Once you get in line you can't get out, no matter how long they're taking with the 6 cars in front of you, you're stuck. How can you keep customers waiting so long early on a work day and not fix it it? You don't care. You are confident they'll be back. We'll, I won't. Last thing, sitting there waiting and waiting I always notice your climbing plants outside near the pick up up window. A couple of them always NEED WATER. As a gardening person I feel bad for thirsty neglected plants. Also, you need to pick up the trash around your business. Don't wait for the property management to do it. It's just a bad look.
