Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good, the service was great, and it was a pleasant celebration. There were some delays in getting dishes from the kitchen, but all in all, it was a successful birthday dinner. It would be even better if they updated the interior.
We made a reservation on OpenTable, but upon arrival, we were informed that there was no reservation system in place and we were just required to inform the staff upon arrival. We were told there would be a 15-minute wait, although there were many parties waiting and plenty of empty tables. Some other parties waiting had checked in on a red lobster waiter list and set themselves in line, seating before us despite arriving after us. After waiting for 40 minutes, we found the portions to be ridiculously small and overly salty. The option to create a custom selection with various fish and scallops for those with dietary restrictions was no longer available. The salad portion was disappointingly small. We were left feeling let down and decided we would stick to Red Lobster next time, where they honor reservations made through OpenTable. It was also concerning to see no one wearing masks, despite a sign claiming they were taking precautions for customer safety. The hostess was unhelpful and there was disorganization when it came to orders being picked up.
It took a while to be seated, but the food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We went to OpenTable to get our name on the waiting list. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told because it was so crowded, we would have to wait 30 minutes. We wanted to avoid that by getting our name on the waiting list. The employee said the manager said because they were so busy that he had to wait. Next time will wait elsewhere.
Good food, good celebration and service. a few delays in running plates from the kitchen, but overall a good birthday dinner. would be nice if they did a refreshment on the inner.
