Tim Hortons - Oxford

This Tim Hortons’ quality on food and service is below a standard level 9/10 times. The long lines are not cause by popularity but rather people accumulating due to long wait times. Half the items on the menu are unavailable. Food orders are put together incorrectly. Staff come in on days off walk to the back and prepare themselves food and drinks. Overall it is unsanitary, unprofessional and unappealing.

Absolutely disgusted with how poor service this place is. I try and try to give this place a chance but it always seems to fail me. We almost never get the correct order, waits are painfully long, majority of the staff is very rude and could care less. Years ago this was the Tim's to goto now it's the one I try to avoid.

Only went through the drive thru, and this hasn't been my first time. There is always such a long wait time we sat at the speaker for 8 mins as we timed it and didn't get to the window till 15 mins later, and this is a small location. Maybe it would be a better experience in the dining areaParking: There isn't a lot of parking unless you go to the Irving next to it

Standard Tims... Staff are nice ... Drive thru was a little

Waste of time. No omelet bites, no wraps, no wedges. Not sure what was on the menu besides coffee and muffins. What is going on?
