Missing Bean - Oxford

Absolutely love love love the missing bean botley oxford, my husband and I are very fortunate to live close to this awesome coffee shop, amazing atmosphere and amazing coffee, the pastries are to die for and the service is perfect. A special thanks to Kyle, who is really cool, friendly and makes us feel so welcome, he's like a friend, we always look forward to visiting and can easily spend hours here. A morning and early afternoon place with good, loose-leaf tea in many varieties and some excellent baked goods on offer, The Missing Bean is a solid stop for your afternoon caffeine and some people watching, as much of their seating is at wooden tables on the street in a a prime tourist area.

We always stop here for coffee when in Oxford, it’s the best coffee and a friendly, energetic place.

They used to have the best pastries, now they are small and overpriced. The coofee is still great, but it's a shame the pastries are not what they used to be.

I am Botley's leading intellectual, in here pontificating on most days much to the advantage of the downtrodden folk of this area. The coffee is excellent and the staff lovely. In truth, I am the philosopher in residence (MA DPhil Oxon) educating hipsters and laptop jockeys on the error of their ways on the numerous topics which they mistakenly think reading The Guardian makes one an expert.
