Helensvale Carvery and Coffee Lounge

I have fond memories of coffee shops in the 1980s, where the focus was more on delicious food and exceptional service rather than just coffee. It was a rare treat and a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Be sure to try the chips!

After a long day at school, we decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick meal. My son ordered a $4 drink, but was disappointed to find that it was mostly just white crushed ice. When we raised this issue with the server, she insisted on charging us more to fix the drink. Frustrated by the lack of accountability and customer service, we left without finishing our meal. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.

If you're in search of a delicious cup of coffee and a satisfying breakfast, you can't go wrong with Helensvale Carvery and Coffee Lounge. I highly recommend trying their big breakfast - it's fantastic.

Nice staff. Always friendly and a Carvery I will always visit in helensvale. Fishcake, eat the fish cake. It's hard not to go back for more.

Had to write this using the coffee shop as a cover because I have already reviewed the Blu restaurant and can not review for another 3 weeks which is a shame I'll keep it simple following on from my last review we went the following...week and I tried the curry as an ex chef I would be ashamed to serve this dish absolutely no taste I don't use salt for health reasons but it was the only way I could get any taste out of it then we return on pasta night with friends once again the cue for main meals was terribly long so back to the roast line we were there about 6 pm and they had run out of pork roast how does that happen unbelievable the girl helping to serve had no interest what so ever very slow our friends had pasta and it was cold and could not be eaten they sent it back which on return looked like it had been microwaved we are talking about one of the so called clubs of the year- come on people???
