Bidrage med feedbackThis was the most disgusting Taco bell experienced I have ever had! The food was cold! And there was barely any meat, cheese ect...... in my food. Haven't found a decent place to eat here since I moved to this place!
When is it tht an employee is to argue with the customer and call me a liar saying tht I did not order wht I said I had order and cuss me and tell me never come back again and even lie about being the Manger when he wasn't Samuel does not need to be working and engaging with sny customers with his attitude towards ppl I spent Almodt 30.00 only to get Cold food ,called a lier and cussed at and messed up my evening. Thanks to the real nightb manger summer she said she have talk with gm and replace my order for me. Thanks alot summer Thanks for understanding and doing wht u could to satisfy me and try to fox a bad experience tht should not of happen at all. Summer is a example of how customer service should be I will not order or eat there as long as Samuel is working any shift there just because of how he treated us and cuse of his rudeness . There is no need for employee to act tht way toward any customer at alll
Bro the food here is so bad I actually puked half way through. It has to be really bad to make me not tolerate it I can literally eat dirt lol(jk) but still I would avoid this location. Not the crew’s fault I’m sure it’s just low quality ingredients
Was due a replacement order at the hwy 54 location for an order mess up that occurred several weeks ago. We were charged for and given an order that belonged to someone else. I phoned the store when it happened and spoke to a manager who took my info and told me on my next visit they would make it right. On Oct 19, I went to the drive thru and ordered my same order, letting the attendant know of my circumstance. The young man became rude in an instant and began to argue with me about replacing my food. He said since I was not given the correct receipt with my original transaction, nor could I remember the name of the woman I spoke with, that he wasnt about to replace my food and he refused to call and ask about it with the manager I talked to that night. It didn't seem to matter that I was not told on my complaint call that I needed any receipt at all, nor did she mention that I would need to drop her name when I returned. After several minutes of him growing increasingly sarcastic and loud, I asked to have the manager come to the speaker. Imagine my shock when he said he was the manager! I asked his name and at first he wouldn't tell me; when he did, he spoke it in a mumbled rush (Keane possibly? Finally, frustrated and upset at being treated in such a manner, I said nevermind and left. So I drove all the way to town, 42 miles round trip, for nothing! This, on top of 2 nights, no tacos for dinner and over paying for my original order by $7.42, has convinced me. I will not be dining here again. It seems crazy to me that a manager in a service industry would still have a job after behaving in such a way. As a manager myself, I know that any employee of mine would be hitting the door, pink slip in hand, if they ever spoke to a customer the way that young man spoke to me. So even though it's out of the way a bit, I'll use the Frederica St. location from now on. At least the staff there will be nice to me...
I order here all the time and they always forget something. I always get shorted something. I can't go through the bag as it sometimes a large order. Even if it is a one person order they always forget the desserts. Sometimes I catch it sometimes I forget to look.
