I ordered in the app, and my friend did too. She got her drink within two minutes while mine, that was ordered a minute after hers never came. I pressed the order button twice to confirm they had it and both times they said it was on the way. I understand people get busy but it was a single drink and I waited there for an hour. People who got there at the same time as me got their food within twenty minutes.

Car hops don't get minimum wage The food is great, and the service is usually good. The fact they don't get minimum wage is and will remain the reason I've stopped patronizing this restaurant. It's obscene We are in Kentucky minimum wage is still 7.25 an hour, it's shameful regardless of tips at this point in the economy. I can't support this abuse of their staff.

We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. The red button was flashing. We thought perhaps maybe something was wrong so we went to another drive in pushed the button and waited 20 minutes without a response. The lady next to us pulls in and orders. We were still waiting. We asked her car hop what was the deal and she stated they shut everything down due to being so busy. Really?!! I would suggest that you may need to hire people who can do the job and get it done! The business has lost a lot today because there were 5 other people leaving for the same reason! Very poor service , I might add!

Order a chicken sandwich, double cheese burger, double bacon cheese burger, 2 medium fries, medium tats, and 3 soft drinks. Almost $26 $30 with tip. Got home and was missing the double bacon cheese burger. With gas being almost $5 didn't see a point in wasting more money. Just well never eat there again.
